You will get Free Delivery for orders of 30KD or more.

Return Policy:
• In case the customer wishes to return the order after it has been delivered, the customer shall pay the cost of delivery and return.

• In case customer returns the order due to damage or difference in the products, the customer does not pay the return fees.

• In case of returning the order, the product must be in the same condition as delivered to the client and with the original box.

Cancellation Policy:
• If the order is canceled before it is delivered, the customer will not pay any cancellation fees.

• If the order is canceled during delivery, the customer will pay the delivery cost.

• If the order is canceled before external shipment, the customer does not pay any cancellation fees.

• If the order is shipped, the customer will pay the delivery cost.


Replacement Policy:
• The customer can replace the product if it's damaged or different than what was ordered.

• In case of order replacement, the product must be in good condition and with the original box.
