Our Active Jarrah Honey is a rare treasure harvested exclusively from the ancient Jarrah forests in Western Australia. Flowering just every two years, the cream colored Jarrah blossom yields a rich medium to dark amber colored honey that is lower in glucose than other honey varieties, with a deep and complex flavor.
